What our imagery is, and isn't.

Bear River Solutions provides aerial imagery and documentation services. We do not provide surveying and mapping services as defined in Chapter 472, Florida Statutes. Imagery is for visual reference only and is not a certified measurement. When certified measurements are required, we coordinate with a licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper.

What we provide

• Aerial photography and video
• Progress and condition documentation
• Georeferenced orthomosaic imagery for visual reference
• 3D visual models for presentation
• Inspection imagery of structures

What we don't provide

• Boundary, topographic, or as-built surveys
• Certified measurements, elevations, or volume calculations
• Engineering, roof, or structural assessments
• Accident reconstruction or expert measurements

Tell us at the quote stage. We coordinate with a licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper so the right professional signs the work.
